  • When will I receive my order?

    Our logistics team is doing its best to ensure that your beautiful package is dispatched between 2 to 5 days after placing your order.

    When new collections are launched, deliveries may take longer than usual.
    You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is on the way ☺

  • How can I track my order?

    You can track your package at any time using the tracking link sent to you by e-mail.

    You will then be redirected to the carrier's website, which will allow you to follow the status of your package ☺

  • My package is lost, what should I do?

    If your package is lost, send us an e-mail at bonjour@orta-store.com, and we’ll find a solution together ☺

  • I pre-ordered one of your creations, when will I receive it?

    Pre-order shipping times are longer because we start producing the items once pre-order registrations are closed. It can take between 1 and 2 months for you to receive your pre-order.

  • Is delivery free?

    We offer free delivery on all orders over 150€ for mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver worldwide

    Deliveries to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are free for purchases over 150€. However, some countries may require customs fees, which will be at your expense.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address while the order is still in the “payment accepted” phase. To do so, please contact our customer service at the following address: bonjour@orta-store.com.

    However, once your order is being prepared, we can no longer change your shipping address.

  • My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

    If you notice that the package is being sent back to us, don’t hesitate to contact us by email at the following address: bonjour@orta-store.com so that we can work on finding the best solution together ☺
