What are the delivery rates?

Delivery is free for all orders over 200€ in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

During the Responsible Rendez-vous, delivery costs and policy are the same as for all other orders.

As we sell our designs at a fair price all year round, we are not able to offer you free delivery when they are at a reduced price.

When will I receive my order?

Our wonderful logistics team does its best to ensure that your beautiful package is shipped within 2-5 working days after your order has been confirmed.

When a collection is released, we anticipate a shipping time of 3 to 10 working days.

Moreover, for any order including one or more embroidered creations, the shipping time can also go up to 10 working days.

During the Responsible Rendez-vous, due to the large number of orders, it can take up to 15 working days to ship the packages.

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will take over and deliver the package to you according to the delivery method you have chosen. The delivery period starts when your order is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

You will find the tracking link for your parcel in the shipping confirmation email of your order.

You can also find the tracking link in the "My Orders" tab in your customer area.

Click on the "Details" tab of the order you wish to track. There you will find the direct link to the website of the carrier responsible for the delivery of your package.

My package is lost, what should I do?

The tracking of your package indicates that it has been delivered but you haven't received anything?

Don't worry! Sometimes the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered, but it is not actually delivered until the next day.

If after one or more working day you still haven't received anything, send us an e-mail at bonjour@orta-store.com so that we can find a solution together.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver (almost) worldwide.

Please note that for some countries, customs fees may be added. These will be at your expense.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address as long as your order status is "Payment accepted". To do so, please contact us at the following address: bonjour@orta-store.com.

We can only change your delivery address according to the country and delivery method chosen when you placed your order.

However, once your order's status indicates "Preparation in progress" , we can no longer change your delivery address.

My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

Your parcel may have been returned to the sender for various reasons (error in the delivery address, absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, time limit for collection at a pick-up point etc.).

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our warehouse, we can no longer intervene.

This is why we invite you, if you wish, to place a new order with your favourite items in order to receive them as soon as possible!

Furthermore, as soon as our logistics team has received the returned order, it will be processed and refunded within 10 to 15 working days.

I have pre-ordered one of your pieces, when will I receive it?

Pre-orders take longer to ship because we start manufacturing your designs once pre-order registrations are closed.

Generally, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks for your pre-orders to be shipped.

However, this timeframe varies depending on the design and the different stages of the pre-order process.
