Pre-order shipping times are longer because we start producing the items once pre-order registrations are closed. It can take between 1 and 2 months for you to receive your pre-order.

Deliveries to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are free for purchases over 150€. However, some countries may require customs fees, which will be at your expense.

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address while the order is still in the “payment accepted” phase. To do so, please contact our customer service at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, once your order is being prepared, we can no longer change your shipping address.
