How do I create my own Orta account?
Creating an Orta account is extremely easy:
- Click on the “My account” tab at the top right corner of the home page.
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Fill in the registration form and validate.
Welcome, you are now a member of the Orta community! ☺

I forgot my password, what should I do?
No worries, just click on the “MY ACCOUNT” tab at the top right corner of the home page and then “Forgot your password?”. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an automatic e-mail to reset your password.

How do I receive the newsletter?
When you create your account, you can also check the box “subscribe to the newsletter”, which will allow us to keep you updated on all the important news ☺
If you already have a customer account, all you have to do is go to our website footer and enter your e-mail address in the “Join our community” field
Or, to make it even easier, enter your e-mail address here and voila! ☺

How do I set up a restock alert?
Don’t worry! When a product is out of stock, you’ll still have the option of the customer returns system if you haven’t yet managed to purchase your favorite item ☺
To do this, simply go to the page of the product you want, and click on the desired size.
Enter your e-mail address in order to be notified when it comes back in stock and click on “Notify me”. We’re going to keep our fingers crossed for you ☺
