  • My size is no longer available, will it be restocked?

    We invite you to subscribe to our product sheet restock alerts if you want to be notified when your favorite item comes back in stock.

  • How long are items reserved in my shopping cart?

    Your shopping cart is reserved for 15 minutes.

    After that, the items will be available to other customers, so don’t waste any time if you like something ☺

  • How do I modify my order?

    Once your order is confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify your order.

    If you want to order another size, you have to place a new order on our e-shop.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    To cancel your order, all you have to do is send us an email at, specifying the number of the order you wish to cancel.

    When the status of your order mentions it is being prepared, it is no longer possible to cancel it. This is unfortunately impossible from a logistical point of view ☺

    You will therefore have to wait to receive your order to be able to return it to us. Don’t worry! Depending on the country you’re ordering from, returns are free! ☺

  • I would like to group my orders, what should I do?

    If you place several orders on the same day, they will be grouped together automatically and any additional delivery costs that have been deducted upon purchase will be refunded to you when the order is dispatched (the funds will be returned to whatever payment method you used for your initial purchase).

    However, it is not possible to combine your orders and pre-orders because your packages will not be sent at the same time.

  • I’ve placed an order and a pre-order, will they be grouped together?

    For logistical reasons, it is unfortunately impossible for us to do that. Pre-orders and new collection orders will not be delivered at the same time. We won’t be able to combine them and reimburse you for the shipping costs.

  • I did not receive a confirmation email, is this normal?

    Remember to check your spam folder; it might’ve ended up there by accident. If you cannot find it at all, please check your customer account. If you can see your order there, there’s no need to worry, it means the order was validated ☺
