    We offer you new selections every two months. Our collections are exclusively available online or through our pop-up stores which are our way to meet you and make the "jump" from the virtual world to reality.

    Following our discussions, we are able to meet your expectations by regularly offering you brand new items in order to always follow the latest trends.

  • I like a product that is out of stock, will it return on the website?

    We do our best to replenish some of our items as soon as possible, but always in limited quantities. To be notified of a restocking, don't hesitate to register on the corresponding product sheet to be notified by email when it comes back in stock.

  • When will I receive my lovely package?

    We try our best to have your package delivered after 2 to 5 days. Unfortunately, it may happen that your package gets lost; if that’s the case then notify us by e-mail at help@orta-store.com in order for us to help you find it.

  • How can I track my lovely package?

    You can always track your package, thanks to the tracking link sent by e-mail. You will the be redirected to the transporter’s website to check the status of your package.

    Regardless, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will help you find your package.

  • My lovely package was waiting for me at the post office but I wasn’t able to pick it up

ReimbursementExchange and Reimbursement

  • For orders from Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, returns are free. Deliveries are also free above an amount of €150. You have fourteen days to change your mind after receipt of your package.

  • What are the payment methods available on the e-shop?

    In order for you to purchase the lovely clothes on our website, we accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). debit cards (via Bancontact and Maestro), as well as Paypal payments.

  • How do I use my voucher?

    You’ve received a voucher and you want to use it on your next purchase? Nothing complicated: after selecting your lovely items, insert your promotional code in the "voucher" area and then click OK. The total amount of your cart will then be updated following the inserted code.
