  • How do I create my own Orta account?

    It’s easy-peasy! Here are the instructions:

    • Click on the “My Account” button situated in the upper right corner of the front page.
    • Enter your e-mail address.
    • Fill in the registration form and validate it.

    Welcome, you are now part of the Orta community! ☺

  • How do I receive the Orta newsletter?

    When you register, you can tick the box “Subscribe to our newsletter” and you’ll be the first to receive all our news and updates ☺

    If you already have a customer account, simply go to the footer of our website and enter your e-mail address in the “Join our community” field ☺

  • How do I set up a restock alert?

    When an item is out of stock, you may still have the opportunity to make a purchase if we receive any returns on your favorite item ☺

    In order to do this, simply go to the product sheet of the item you want, and click on the desired size.

    Then click on “Notify me” and fill in your email address to be notified when it comes back in stock. We’re keeping our fingers crossed for you! ☺

  • How can I pay for my purchases?

    Payment methods you can use:

    As an additional note, Orta does not collect any payment data. Everything is stored and used by a secure payment platform.

  • How do I use my voucher?

    After selecting your preferred items, simply insert your promotional code in the “Coupon” field and then click “OK”.

    The total cost of your cart will be adjusted.

  • My payment was refused, what should I do?

    If your payment was refused, we advise you to reload your order and use another payment method.

DeliveryDelivery :

  • When will I receive my purchases?

    Our logistics team is working hard to have your package delivered to you between 2 to 5 days after the placement of your order.

    Some items may have longer delivery times than others. In these cases, you’ll see the date indicated on the product sheet when you place your order.

  • How do I track the delivery of my package?

    You can always track your package thanks to the tracking link we send to you by e-mail.

    You will then be redirected to the carrier’s website, which will allow you to track the status of your package on its way to your home ☺

  • My package was lost, what can I do in this situation?

    If you package was lost, send us an e-mail at bonjour@orta-store.comand we will find a solution together ☺

  • Are returns free?

    We allow free returns from Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

  • How do I return an item?

    For more information, see “Deliveries and Returns” in the “About” tab at the top of our home page.

  • Is it possible to exchange an article?

    Standard exchanges are not possible. If you want a new size or another model, simply re-order on our e-shop after returning the item that doesn’t work for your size or needs.

  • What is the reimbursement period?

    Once we send you the refund, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will indicate that the payment has been made.

    It will take between 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or PayPal account balance.

    An order paid in part or in full with a voucher or gift card will be automatically refunded using a voucher that will be sent to you by e-mail.

    We are proud to say that our creations are made in family factories in France and Portugal.

    Our factories work together and use their unique know-how to produce quality items for you.

  • How do I take care of my Orta items?

    Here are our tips for taking care of your clothes. Write it down, girls ☺

    • The softener: This is a guaranteed solution for your sweater not to itch or scratch you anymore!
    • The freezer: The cold kills all the bacteria that might end up in your wool sweater during the day, as well as the small odors of everyday life.
    • The hairspray: Spray the outside of your sweater with a little hairspray, wait a few minutes and it’ll be ready to be put on without electricity.
    • The dryer: it brings out all the little scratchy hairs and fiber in your sweater. To avoid at all cost if you want your sweaters to survive long-term.
    • Folding: To avoid your sweaters losing their shape, let them dry on a flat surface and then fold them before putting them in your closet.
